Made from pure water and fair trade raw cane sugar from the Peruvian Andes, our artisanal vinegar will enhance your grill, salad and stir-fries, with its roasted golden caramel aromas. Fermented slowly in a traditional manner, on a bed of beech wood, it is neither filtered nor pasteurized and thus retains all the probiotic benefits of its rich mother of vinegar.

Located in the Eastern Townships region, la Vinaigrerie Artisanale Mc Duff is the agri-food division of Raspberry Scientific Inc. It was created to support the research activities of the parent company, which is developing a powerful medical diagnostic tool.
